Grand Prix Sponsorship Level Benefits:
Preferred reserved seating for sixteen (2 tables of 8) in area of choice-the Sponsor tent and/or terrace throughout the show with buffet breakfast, lunch and beverages for six days. This also includes several wine tasting and dinner opportunities.
Designated area of exclusivity or complimentary vendor space for Sponsorship promotion.
Ten (10) tickets to Friday night dinner, dance, auction and entertainment at the Menlo Circus Club.
Access to VIP parking. Two (2) Passes.
Two (2) color full-page advertisements in the official MCHS Program. (Sponsor to provide camera-ready artwork for submission.)
Opportunity to provide up to (6) 15-second and (4) 30-second promotional segments on Menlo’s live-stream platform.
Opportunity to display Sponsorship logo on the Menlo Jumper scoreboard.
Sponsor’s jump and eight (8) promotional banners prominently displayed throughout the show (Sponsor to provide custom jump).
Sponsorship name included in Menlo Charity Horse Show publicity.
Sponsorship name included on all classes where Sponsor’s awards are presented.
Sponsorship logo displayed on the Menlo website with link to Sponsor’s website.
Four (4) laminated signs with the Sponsorship logo prominently displayed on the show grounds.
Color photograph of horse and rider over Sponsor’s jump or win presentation by Sponsor.
Copies of official program and publicity.
Ability to provide promotional products and/or materials to exhibitors, trainers and sponsors.
Menlo Circus Club food and beverage signing privileges (Sponsor invoiced at the show conclusion).
Dedicated Menlo Liaison to aid Sponsor in planning all aspects of Sponsorship show benefits.
Grand Prix level Sponsorships start at $50,000.00.

Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
The Menlo Charity Horse Show also offers customized sponsorships and can tailor benefits to suite individual and/or business needs. Our goals are to both produce a successful horse show as well as to raise money for Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. These endeavors are shared with our desire to make each sponsorship experience rewarding for all involved.
